South Tees Public Health is passionate about working with and understanding the needs of socially excluded population groups to address health inequalities through early intervention and prevention.
This post is part of the senior leadership team for South Tees Public Health (STPH) and will provide leadership and build relationships to develop the inclusion health agenda across the services, local authorities, VCS, NHS and other statutory (e.g. Police, Probation, etc.) and wider partners.
The post holder will be responsible for driving forward an integrated offer for substance misuse and related vulnerabilities ensuring they are complementary and co-ordinated with existing service models, adult social care, health and criminal justice, VCS and all relevant partners. The role will also be responsible for ensuring a collaborative, system-wide, strategic approach to tackling multiple vulnerability issues with senior colleagues and stakeholders from appropriate partner organisations.
