The Learning Disability and Transitions Service in Middlesbrough are excited to have secured funding to enable us to reshape and expand our existing service.
We have a newly created post for a Social Care Worker to join our team and would welcome your application if you have practical experience of working with vulnerable people and their families, have an insight into local services and have a standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent.
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative people who will enjoy working as part of an experienced and supportive team and are passionate about improving the lives of the people we support.
You will have the opportunities to both build on and expand your existing skills and knowledge with colleagues who offer excellent peer support and would welcome you into our established team.
As a team we are experienced, friendly and committed to improving outcomes for people with learning disabilities aged 17+ in Middlesbrough and look forward to supporting other social workers to join us in doing so.
