We are looking for dedicated individuals with great communication and organisational skills to join Middlesbrough’s local Test and Trace Service to help fight COVID-19.
In these Senior roles you will carry out the following:
Line management and supervision of Contact Tracer and Support Officers who are taking/making calls to people impacted by COVID-19, people who have COVID-19 specific enquiries and people who are identified as COVID-19 positive cases.
Management of the operational procedures for daily cases of COVID-19 to ensure delivery of the required service response.
Contribute to the delivery of wider COVID-19 measures and the Public Protection Service.
We are looking for individuals who can manage the delivery of the Middlesbrough’s Test and Trace Service. These roles will plan and allocate work, rotas and staffing requirements, maintain accurate record keeping, ensure compliance with legal requirements, provide support and training, work with a wide range of partners and contribute to the development of the service.
There will be a need to work flexibly and to respond to the changing demands placed on this role.
This work will mostly involve working from home, but there will be a need to work from a COVID-secure office or community testing settings.
These roles can be delivered on both a full and part time basis, with some evening and weekend working.
