South Tees Youth Justice Service are seeking to appoint a Case Manager with the motivation and vision to join our team. You will have the drive and determination to contribute to the future development of STYJS, improving performance and ensuring quality in the delivery of our work.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for undertaking assessments and planning interventions to meet the needs of a young person and assist them to access services.
We are looking for a suitably experienced individual who can show the creativity and commitment to make a difference to the lives of young people. You should have experience of working with young people with complex needs and a proven ability to improve outcomes. The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues from partner agencies is a key skill for achieving success in this role. An understanding of using restorative approaches to overcoming barriers to engagement is essential for success in this post.

Please note that the salary scale reflects a progression route for applicants who do not meet the qualification criteria but would be willing to commit to a progression route. This route would require a commitment to achieving the Youth Justice Effective Practice Certificate to progress to Grade J (£30,095 - £31,895) and achievement of a set of core competencies to achieve the required of qualification, knowledge and experience to achieve the Grade K (£32,798 - £34,373).
