Middlesbrough Core Team provides a central contact point for the Integrated Services Model encompassing Homelessness, Substance Use, Domestic Abuse and Welfare Rights. We are looking for a strong candidate to lead the Customer Advisor’s within the Core Support Team.
The Core Support Team will be the first point of contact for the Integrated Services Model, providing support to those with complex needs and past trauma, therefore it is essential to provide a welcoming, reassuring service from the outset. They must provide a high level of customer care, in a professional, caring and compassionate manner to support and facilitate access to the services within the model.
The Customer Advisor roles will be processing and handling calls, responding to referrals and enquiries, recording on a data system, and signposting where appropriate. This role will lead and develop the Customer Advisors, while undertaking some of the practical duties.
The above post will be subject to a BPSS check, which will include a DBS check.
