With this in mind, we are looking to recruit an experienced Team Manager to join our Assessment Service.
This is a very exciting time for Children’s Services in Middlesbrough, and we are seeking exceptional people to help us deliver our transformation for the children and families of the town.
You will join our fast paced, dynamic team of Assessment Team Managers, bringing the right skills, knowledge and values to Middlesbrough.

Based in the centre of Middlesbrough, you will benefit from:
Together with a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, experienced Team Managers also receive a retention payment of 15% of their annual salary, paid in a lump sum on commencement of the post.
In addition to our generous terms and conditions, we are offering a welcome aboard payment of £5,000 for full-time and experienced Team Managers subject to a successful probationary period.
