Are you looking for a new challenge? If so we are currently seeking to recruit a Broker Coordinator to work within our Access Safeguarding Team.
The Broker Coordinator role will involve taking requests for home care services and negotiating and arranging appropriate packages of care. This involves working closely with our social care teams, referring professionals and our business partner agencies.
The role requires the successful candidate to have an understanding of the domiciliary care market and of social care processes and pathways. You will need to be able to offer a high level of customer service and to have the ability to coordinate and manage tasks to ensure that care packages are allocated immediately. The role also involves inputting information onto our social care database.
We are therefore looking for a Broker Coordinator who has good interpersonal and IT skills and is able to work to tight timescales.
