We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our passionate team of staff who work with children, young people, parents, carers, schools and settings to support inclusion whilst removing the risk of exclusion.
The post-holder will be fully involved at the earliest of stages providing advice and support alongside monitor and track pupils’ academic, social and emotional progress in schools and a range of alternative provision settings. You will ensure that the needs of children and young people are being met and support schools and other providers in the timely and effective early identification and assessment of the needs of children and young people who require additional support.
