An opportunity has arisen for a full time Learning and Development Coach for management apprenticeships to work within Middlesbrough Community Learning, graded GOOD by OFSTED February 2020. The apprenticeship team deliver numerous apprenticeship standards up to and including level 5.
Middlesbrough Community Learning is committed to delivering effective, comprehensive and professional management learning resulting in excellent end point assessment achievement grades.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and IT skills. Currently all programmes are delivered through a blended learning approach using remote platforms for class based sessions and one to one tutorials. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated due to current working from home practices.
The successful candidate will continue to develop, deliver and quality assure management and project management apprenticeships at level 3 and above. This role involves working closely with Organisational Development in the development, planning and co-ordination of Middlesbrough Council’s management apprenticeship programmes (an integral part of Middlesbrough Council’s Management Academy). To support management learners through teaching, coaching, assessing, workplace visits and quality assurance activities.
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated due to current working from home practices.
