Are you passionate about outcomes for children? Do you want to be an influential part of Middlesbrough’s improvement journey?
We are making great progress and keeping a clear focus on the fact that Middlesbrough Children Matter. We want to develop a workforce that is highly skilled and motivated, working in an environment that is fertile for excellent practice.
We are seeking two Team Managers for our Safeguarding and Care Planning teams to help us continue the work we have started.
We are looking for managers who are able to help build the service moving forward, those that are experienced in working with Social Workers to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families.
We want to hear from those who believe they have the skills required to continue to make improvements in our service, keeping children safe and at the heart of everything that we do.
Middlesbrough is a fantastic place, proud of our heritage and ambitious enough to forge a new future that delivers significant Physical and Social Regeneration improvements. We have a strong values based culture which empowers senior leaders to deliver change, create and deliver meaningful plans, and make a real difference to the lives of residents.
We welcome applications from interested candidates who are able to meet the specifications outlined, and would welcome any further discussion with the Head of Service, Ben Short.
