The South Tees Safeguarding Children Partnership (STSCP) are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Partnership Admin Officer to support the work of STSCP and Partnership Manager.
This post provides the opportunity to make a real difference for children in Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland.
You will be dedicated, driven and committed to help achieve the multi-agency partnership aim to “ensure that every child in Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland feels safe, secure and is protected from harm; enabling them to reach their full potential”.
The Partnership Admin Officer will play an integral part in the Partnership by convening and attending meetings with all appropriate agencies for the purpose of taking minutes of the discussion and decisions of the meeting’s, including receiving and appropriately directing messages by telephone or email.
To collate reports and relevant information associated with the meeting and to ensure that appropriate officers are invited to attend.
To take minutes of the meetings and ensure minutes are approved by the Chair of the meeting, meet agreed standards, and are circulated within agreed timescales and to provide secretarial support to the STSCP Partnership manager.
The post holder will be a good communicator, be effective problem solver and have significant organisational skills.
