The Integrated Support Solution (ISS) has been developed to provide a holistic, single contact offer for service users in need of housing, domestic abuse, substance use support. You will be responsible for leading the development of the ISS, line managing service leads for domestic abuse and homelessness/housing related support. You will also be responsible for taking the strategic lead on Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) for Middlesbrough Council and line managing the MEAM coordinator.
You will be expected to be an ambassador for integration and in doing so will be expected to develop practice standards, lead on service development, deputise for the Head of Access Safeguarding and to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
