We are seeking a number of Senior Practitioners within the teams in our Early Help Service, which is called Stronger Families. Early Help aims to work with families preventatively to reduce the likelihood of them requiring statutory interventions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our Improvement Journey where you will be managing a caseload of families and working in a whole family approach, completing direct work with children and young people and delivering interventions. Staff within the teams bring various skills and qualities to support the families, this can be through trauma informed interventions, Information, Advice and Guidance for young people and also parenting support to increase families resilience and achieve sustainable change.
Stronger Families works closely with partners and other services through completing assessments and coordinating Family Plans, to work with families to enable understanding and resilience, to achieve the best outcomes for families in Early Help.
