We are looking for two people to help us tell Middlesbrough’s story and run campaigns that improve our town.
We need two creative and passionate people to deliver eye-catching multi-media marketing campaigns. It will be your job to make sure our messages get through to the right people. That will be everyone from community groups to international investors and even our own staff.
The marketing plans you deliver will help to influence and change behaviours. Along with the rest of our team you will demonstrate how Middlesbrough Council is delivering for residents and businesses.
No two days will be same, you will be producing informative and fun content for our socials, briefing designers, copywriting for print and digital and publishing to our websites. You will build digital marketing campaigns, coordinate film and photoshoots and organise promotional events and competitions.
You will collaborate with teams across the Council as we focus on our Strategic Plan. The plan outlines the things that matter most, and what we will deliver for Middlesbrough.
We need people who are enthusiastic, well-organised multi-taskers who thrive on challenges, work well under pressure and can ensure that our marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
As part of this role, you will be offered Blended Working. This is a mixture of home and office based working.
