We are looking for a Learning and Development Coach to deliver and assess a variety of apprenticeship programmes at Levels 2 & 3. The apprenticeship team currently delivers numerous apprenticeship standards and frameworks.
The successful applicant will:
Deliver knowledge sessions to support Business Administration, Operational Delivery, Customer Service, Teaching Assistants at levels 2 & 3.
Assess candidates on Business Administration, Operational Delivery, Customer Service, Teaching Assistants at levels 2 & 3.
Support apprentices and employers in preparation for End Point Assessment.
Keep accurate records of candidate's achievements and progress.
Participate in all quality activities for apprenticeship programmes.
