We are looking for someone who is passionate, creative, caring and flexible to join our experienced team who are supportive and flexible to work with young people in Middlesbrough who need support within our Futures for Families residential hub and children who still live at home.
Futures for Families can offer lots of support, training and development opportunities within this multi-agency service. Through clinical supervision bespoke training an accredited training.

Background
The Futures for Families team work with those complex young people who need close consistent support and will provide a rapid response to children and families in crisis, enabling them to address and overcome the difficulties that have led to the family being at risk of breakdown, and prevent further escalation.
Working as a senior Residential & EOC Worker you will need to have relevant experience and a professional approach to carrying out all aspects of this role.

The service is a 24/7 365 days a year service and you will also need to be able to work unsocial hours i.e. early mornings, weekend’s sleep-ins, night shift as well as school holidays, evenings and Bank holidays. Additional allowances will be paid for sleeping in (£81 per sleep in plus 9% you will work minimum 4 in a month) these sleeps will also be paid if you are on holiday or are off sick. Sunday working which is paid at time and a half. Workers normally work one weekend on and one weekend off.
