Salary: £23,194 - £25,878 pro rata (Plus enhancements which are Sleep ins £81, Sunday rate at time and a half, bank holiday at double time and if required waking night at time and a third).

Hours: 18 hours per week

Contractual Status: Permanent

Applicants must have:

• NVQ/Diploma Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or a willingness to work towards.
• Experience of working with children and young people
• An understanding of child development and challenging behaviour
• A positive attitude and restorative approach when working with children and young people
• Be enthusiastic and motivated to support young people and families
• Experience of supervising staff

You will be required to work unsocial hours, this includes weekends, 24 hour sleep in shifts, bank holiday working and night work. A Full UK Driving License is required.
