The Live Well Centre is a unique project, developed by Middlesbrough Council to support the integration of wellbeing services across the town. The Live Well Centre itself, is a brand new state-of-the art facility that will enable the co-location of services designed to support people in Middlesbrough, who want to lead healthier and happier lives. The centre additionally has an outward facing offer to wellbeing providers and community groups, who may benefit from the development opportunities, promotional and partnership arrangements of The Live Well Centre.
We are looking for a passionate and focused Live Well Customer Care Coordinator, who values the importance of customer experience and strives to make a difference, even in the face of adversity and challenge.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer services, collaborative and organisational skills with a strong commitment to improving population health outcomes by leading on a range of lifestyle interventions.
You must be able to keep a clear focus on results, be a creative thinker and have a passion for quality customer experience. You will be part of a strong and passionate multi-disciplinary public health team who have the aim of improving health and well-being and reducing health inequalities for our local populations.
